At Oakwood Bistro, our pleasure comes from providing an exciting, sophisticated and pleasantly surprising dining experience in the heart of Kalamazoo. The dishes here are crafted by Chef Ryan Soule who has captured and further developed a vast knowledge of regional cuisines that inspire the menu at Oakwood Bistro. From the blackened salmon with a fresh mango pico over a jerked sweet potato and bacon hash to the clams and baccala, these are just a couple of the dishes guests have loved the most. Along with a full bar featuring microbrews and an incredible wine list, we're confident we can find the perfect complement to your dish.
